My first Odd Shot on Monday--a new photo meme

If you click on the camera it will take you to the "Odd Shots" rules. Of course, since it is the next entry down, you could also scroll down a notch to see what it is all about.

I've been thinking about the start of this meme all week. I scoured my files and took pictures of ordinary things from interesting angles so that I would have something to use. Since I had posted all those random visuals last week, I had more or less depleted my ready supply.
Then, when I was getting ready to leave after our school open house Sunday afternoon, I sat down to close down my computer, and there on the desk this little nun was just staring up at the water bottle. She was a thank you gift from a teacher we made meals for after her surgery last year. Normally she just sits on the desk looking at me, so I don't know why she turned her gaze on the water bottle. Do you think she is checking out the nutrition information on the label? Maybe she is just wondering about the serving size. or maybe she is just thirsty.

What odd shot have you found this week?

That's fun. Do you think she's praying for a drink?

I've posted mine - odd shapes on a boat.

I think I'm going to enjoy this.

With all the photos you have, it is hard to believe that you used them all up in that other post! BUT it was great!

Your little nun is funny in that situation!

Hopefully a few others will join your meme and make it really fun.

Well 5 people is a good start. In fact it was downright enjoyable because it didn't take me days t visit each one like a couple of my memes do. I already have a photo for next Monday! I was going to sue an old one but found something today that I have never seen in the 23 years I have lived here. lol (Maybe I just don't remember it.

Six. Sr. Susan Rose also posted over in yesterday's announcement. I think her photomay be the strangest juxtaposition of--well, you have to go look.
