Do you notice what is odd?
So, if this card is not needed, why did they send it to us?
I imagine it is part of the paperwork reduction act.

Wonder what the notice on the other side was,lol.
I get a lot of those, mostly from insurance companies. But they have my name and address printed on them, so they end up in the shredder.
