Odd Shot on Monday

We were early to a movie and waited while the theater was cleaned between shows. As we followed a gentleman into the show, I almost shouted "I love your wild shoes!" I'm glad I didn't, because look at MINE!
Red lights along the base of the wall gave everyone eerie feet.

Odd Shots is hosted here. Click the Odd Shot logo in the sidebar to find the details. Sign Mr. Linkie if you have posted an Odd Shot. Comments are welcome from everyone.

Definitely weird Katney, but at least they are human!
I need to start spotting odd shots and join in again. :)

Strange & beautiful at the same time.

Even if they make things look weird, I think I'd rather have these red lights. The blue ones I've been seeing in cinemas make me dizzy!

lol You are too funny! Here, they ban cameras from theaters. There is a big sign before you enter. I guess some people have been video taping movies. Can you believe it?

When do you find out about your grade on your website/class?

What movie did you see? Any recommendations?

Well, my camera is in my purse always, and I didn't notice a sign. If they were to tell me I can't take my camera in the theater, or tried to confiscate it, they would lose a customer.

We saw Star Trek. If you were a Star Trek watcher, especially the original series and the movies, you will love it. The young characters are so in sync with the original characters (their more mature selves.) There is a lot of inside humor that some might miss. Leonard Nemoy was great as his much older self.

Of course, if you never liked Star Trek in the first place, it is not the movie for you. But I think those who don't know the old series and do like action/sci fi would like it--just not get all the side references.
