What were Judas's motivations when he betrayed Christ? And what despair when he realized the totality of what he had done! What he had taken into his own hands...
It is a deep reminder to let go and let God...

Well, I have always thought this about Judas: . . . IF someone hadn't betrayed Jesus then how was Jesus going to die for the world's sins? I also give Judas the benefit of the doubt and think he might have at the last moment asked for forgiveness like the Good Thief at the crucifixion. . . It's a lot to ponder.
