I also took one behind some tree branches tonight! Your moon is more colorful. Ours here was so huge and bright. I even tried taking photos after the ones I posted but they are all the same -- one big white ball. I like the ones I took from earlier in the week I posted better.

Stuck in traffic yesterday evening, I watched the moon rise above Puget Sound around 5:00 p.m. While low in the sky, it glowed yellow. Gorgeous.
Definitely a variant on moonshots!
