We are under a high wind advisory. It looks like the neighbor was pruning his willow and did not get to this branch.
The birch tree at left is really blowing.
The tree in the next picture was covered with deep red-brown leaves as of this morning.
Who has seen the wind?
Neither I nor you:
But when the leaves hang trembling
The wind is passing thro'.

I was really surprised yesterday that the big cones on the tree outside my window didn't all blow down. Or even the tree! We really had a rain/wind storm here.
Today the sun is shining and even tho there is a chill in the air, it is a beautiful sunny afternoon.
