He is correct! That is how they are marking out Turtle Place also. I used to think ti was graffiti. lol (I don't have a post any more after no one visiting mine last week, I have decided to give t up.
I thought our four year old granddaughter might say the same exact thing, Katney, but since she just now woke up from naptime and crawled up on my lap, I asked her what she saw in your picture. Through blurry eyes and a little squeaky voice from a residual cold she said, "I just had a nice nap, papa, can we have a popsicle today" Ah, priorities. :)
Children can be wildly and fantastically imaginative, ad totally logical at the same time! It looks to me as if a not-too-skilled graffiti artist has been at work ;) Sorry to be so late signing in. I'll be working all day to catch up!

ReplyDeleteHe was quite right - It is not a face. A picture and utterance one might call down to earth.
ReplyDeleteYour grandson is very alert and practical for his age! And this is so much like a geometric face on the road! Great shot!
ReplyDeleteHere is mine! Giddy Bullfrog
Hope everyone enjoyed their weekend!

Love the Oddshots theme. I'm in for next Monday. Even today!
ReplyDeleteMy daughter would probably see a baby dinosaur in the road - she sees them everywhere. She's 3, nearly 4.
Very inspired, this face!
ReplyDeleteThat is what comes of lying in the road - you get flattened.
ReplyDeletevery odd! when I saw your photo first I thought there was an accident and they painted the cars on the street.
ReplyDeleteMy odd shot is up, too, you can visit it here:

ReplyDeleteGood eyes. I see these markings on the streets quite often and wonder what they mean. Kids sees things adults most likely will miss.
ReplyDeleteNever argue with a 4 year old, they are always right !
