Clever idea, Katney. Our community is so small that I don't believe that we have any 13th streets. Only one neighborhood has streets that are numbered and it only goes up to 10. Hope you are having a wonderful weekend.
No snow for us--it all stayed on the westside and in the mountains. We had a fierce cold wind yesterday all day. Very dusty with all these naked hopyards around us.
Makes you wonder about the people who decide how to number and name streets. One of the quirks around here is to use the same name with "street", "avenue", "court". etc. in the same neighborhood. Good photos for the theme. I hope you have seen mine - Several others did not have a problem seeing it.
I was looking at the Google map of Yakima and just south of where you took these pics, there is St Helens St which is four separate streets, look at the map, I can imagine trying to find a house number and having to make all those detours to find a house number. You shouls take a photo of the street sign there, it must be unusual to have 'St' both sides of the name
Ah. Strange that it isn't between the first two. Happy weekend
ReplyDeleteWell done for finding it. It's not easy to find houses numbered 13 either, though we do have one here.
ReplyDeleteThat is a good one !
ReplyDeleteHave a nice weekend.
Lol! You would really think where 13 is! Great fun post! Happy photohunting!
ReplyDeleteVery clever!
ReplyDeleteI always find street numbering odd in many places. Good shots for the theme and hope you have a great weekend.

I have lived at house No 13 twice in my life but never in 13 street or road, I live now at 99st.
ReplyDeleteWould have made a great odd shot too -- except its more than one. But that doesn't matter anymore so I stand on what I said. . . lol
ReplyDeleteI love your clever take on the theme. I also love your beautiful pink background.
